I'm off to Singapore tonight, to spend a week at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies. I'll be giving a couple of lectures and participating on a panel on "The First 100 Days of the Obama Administration," as well catching up on developments at RSIS and trends in SE Asia. Given that Singapore is one of the most wired places on earth, I'll try to post as much as my schedule and jet lag allows. I've also asked a few people to chime in as "guest bloggers" while I'm away, so you may see some other voices posting here over the next week. Stay tuned.
